February. Already..

January. Man, what a ride. Of course, the biggest news: We’re land baron’s. Okay, not quite that, but yeah, we do own land now. A nice little plot in 85242, otherwise known as Queen Creek.

It has the good:

- At night, it’s quiet. And you can actually see stars. More stars than a big city boy can see, that’s for sure.

- The price. We got mucho house for el-cheapo prices. Not too bad.

- The location. Queen Creek is definetely a growing city.

Of course, at the same time, it has the ehhh: (Don’t want to call it bad, because it cold always be worse.)

- The location. We’re far from anything right now. But I’m sure soon, everything will be built out here. (Did I mention a Starbucks is pretty far?)

And then, I killed our backup car.. The trusty ole’ 1991 Toyota Pickup. Or as I put it, “Ole’ Red”. I killed it really good, too.. Sounds like a rod is going to shoot through the hood any second.

Then, we picked up another car. A 2004 Hyundai Sonata. It’s actually a really nice car. A good commuting car, that will also help us cut down on miles on the Explorer.

That’s the main update for now.
