I just finished reading IWoz, Steve Wozniak’s biography, and it was pretty interesting. Woz is pretty much credited with creating the first affordable personal computer, the Apple ][. I didn’t know he also created the first ‘learning remote’ for audio/video stuff either. It was a good read.
We made our annual visit to the Arizona State Fair on Sunday. It’s very interesting to see the contrast of people between, say, Disneyland, and the State Fair.
We mostly go for the food and the exhibits. The food was okay. I had a few bad things. Like I had to try keep fried Coke. No. It wasn’t very good. But the Texas doughnut was excellent.
Let’s see… International tourist attraction in high $$$ property area in California. On the other hand, mobile attractions placed near the railroad, industrial area, 1/2 a mile from the titty bars in the middle of the hood. I can’t see why there would be ANY difference in people.
That is true, my Mexican brutha. Even though we took the back way to the parking at the State Fair, and was surprised at the houses around there seem to be going through an improvement. Some of them looked really nice.
Then again, they too are 1/2 a mile from the titty bars.
Maybe that’s a plus?
Boobs rock. Actually, there are some houses by Encanto golf course that have been restored. Neighborhood looks great, but there are still drug dealin’ thugs in some of those “pretty” houses.
